BEFORE BRINGING YOUR BOAT TO ALMANOR...

  • Inspect all exposed surfaces
  • Wash the hull of watercraft thoroughly
  • remove all plant and animal material
  • Drain and dry all areas
  • Drain and dry the lower outboard unity
  • Clean and dry all live wells
  • Empty and dry any buckets
  • Dispose of all bait in the trash
  • Wait up to 5 days of summer heat and up to 30 days of cool weather before launches into different fresh waters


Lake Almanor Rentals / General information

All of our rental homes have fully equipped kitchens, dishwashers, microwaves, washer/dryers, TV/VCR's and BBQ's.

No pets are allowed at any time. If this rule is abused you will be asked to vacate your rental or place your pet in a local kennel.
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of premises stated. Everyone staying in our homes counts -- even children. The TOTAL number staying in the home at one time may not exceed the maximum or you will be asked to vacate the home.
Leave our homes clean and in good order. If there is a cleaning problem please bring it to our attention.
No recreational vehicles, trailers or tent campers allowed.
No more than 2 boats per lakefront home. No jet skis on docks or walkways.
Our rental period is for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am.

Our homes are furnished but we do not provide sheets, towels, paper goods or soaps.
